Dysmorphilia Rehearsals

Dancers make movement seem so effortless.  Their bodies defy the natural laws of movement that an ordinary human being is familiar with.  In "Dysmorphilia", Daloy Dance Company's artisitic director, Ea Torrado,  poses the question, what if the bodies we are so comfortable with are burdened with hindrances that change the way we move and feel?  Here are some photos from the open rehearsals that I was privileged enough to watch and photograph.  Please watch this show on October 31, 2014, 8 pm at the Peta Theater.  For more information on how to get tickets for the show, please go to their Facebook page at
